About Us

Providing In-home Pediatric Care to Charlotte, Raleigh, and Durham, North Carolina

Owners and Physical Therapists Christopher and Jennifer started Elite Therapy Services in 2019 with one goal: To help children gain independence in their community. With that in mind, they began their journey by providing quality in-home pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapy with an emphasis on the most fragile of patients. They have dedicated themselves to their field and are passionate about working with each family to ensure developmental milestones are met. In doing so, Elite Therapy Services has grown in staff, patient demographics, and disciplines, including at parent’s request, adding ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) for children with a diagnosis of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).

How the Process Works

At Elite Therapy Services, we understand that starting the process or getting your child Pediatric Therapy can be a daunting task. Luckily we have made the process very easy to follow and it only takes a few steps in order to complete. Getting your child the care they need is our top priority, and making the process as simple for the parents as possible goes hand in hand with that.

1. Book Consultaion

Contact Us Today for your FREE 15 minute consultation where we will discuss your needs.

2. Signing of Forms

After our initial consutlation we will send you consent forms that you can docusign so we can start.

3. Initial Assessment

If  you are searching for Physical or Occupational Therapy, we can move forward with our Initial Assessment at this step. *Look Below For ABA Therapy Additional Stps*

4. Authorization Request

After the initial assessment, regardless of what type of service, we reach out for authorization for treatment.

5. Services Begin

After we have Authorization to begin, we will begin planning out our services and we begin treatment! Simple as that!

***If seeking out ABA Therapy, we will reach out to insurance for authorization between steps 2 and 3. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy do not need insurance verification and the Initial Assessment can be scheduled.***

Insurance Coverage

We are in-network with North Carolina Medicaid including all managed care plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and Medcost. We also have self-pay options available.
